What is the refund policy for camps?

All registrations are subject to a $50 nonrefundable deposit per week.

3 months prior to start of camp date, all but $50.00 will be refunded per week.

2 months to 14 days, all but $200 will be refunded per week.

We are able to switch weeks at no cost or offer credit for the next camp year.

Register for two or more weeks of camp at the time of registration and receive $50 off for each additional week.

Group Discount

Groups of four or more attending camp can receive a discount code to use during registration.

Group Discount cannot be applied after registration is complete; groups must contact the office for coupon code before completing registration. Refunds will not be given for groups after registration has been completed.

*Only one discount can be applied during check out.

* Group discounts are not automatic discounts. You must contact the office to receive a coupon code for the discounts. Refunds will not be given for the discounts after registration has been completed.

Cancellations

In the event that your camper is not able to attend camp after you have registered, you have the following options. Paid week fees are refundable according to the following cancellation policy:

ALL REGISTRATIONS ARE SUBJECT TO A

• 3 Months prior to term start date: All but $50 will be refunded per week

• 2 Months to 14 days prior to the term start date: All but $200 will be refunded per week

• No refund for cancellation 14 or less days prior to term start date.

Refunds are not able to be given for session options such as airport shuttle, or extra night fee. We will credit your account for the cancelation of these session options in accordance with the timeline listed above.
